This store gets an outdated and terrible rap in nearly all these reviews. The negative staff workers have been replaced and the new clerks are a definite improvement. And the sale prices are now adhered to and are simply unbeatable anywhere in this area. Yelp needs to update the responses here since they've clearly made a real effort to reform the issues reported on the site. That's what the Yelp site is and should be for.
This is one of the better Key Foods (bigger space, organized lines, and fresh produce)! I feel they have more variety in items and tend to have reasonable prices. I like that the staff is friendly and that the lines move quick. I prefer this location compared to some of the others. They have everything I need but some items I prefer to get from other businesses like Trader Joe's or the local fruit stand guy next door.
I'm in Brooklyn for a few weeks and I love shopping at this store. They have a reasonable selection of organic produce and that is what I mostly purchase. But they have all sorts of prepared foods, sundries & dry goods...pretty much what you need to have a household. Their prices are reasonable, their selection very good, it's easy to find items. I guess one negative is some items are so high up it's hard for me to reach them. I will continue to shop here as long as I'm in the area.
